Music Monday: 3 Birthdays, 3 Messages...

Today, April 4th was the birthday of Muddy Waters:

He had his mojo workin' in 1966, I hope Bernie has his in top gear tomorrow in Wisconsin.

Tomorrow, April 5th, day of the Wisconsin primary was the birthday of British pop singer from the 1960s, Crispian St Peters. This was his best-known hit: "Follow me..." - and that's Bernie's call...

And...oh my, best of all! April 5th is also the birthday of Alan Clarke original lead singer of The Hollies - their huge 1969 hit song exactly fits Bernie's message today, and always:

Nice musical metaphors, Twilight! Your selection of Crispian St Peters rattled loose a few brain cells...I wish he had fared better in the annals of musical history, with his smooth voice. Might I suggest Kris Jensen's (April 4, 1942) "In Time"?

Ah - another good one - didn't know of Jensen. The 60s was such a fertile period for good pop music, quite a few slipped under my radar. :-)
