So would we! I'm not sure how far we'll get this time (if we ever get on the road, that is) probably not as far as we did on our last big adventure in Colorado, back in 2006. Posts about that trip are 11 years old, but I'll link to them, and to some of husband's photos on Flickr, in the highly unlikely event of any passing reader being short of reading matter.
"...all this travelling and seeing things is fine but there’s also a lot of fun to be had in having been. You know, sticking all your pictures in a book and remembering things."

Also, from a later trip, in 2010, to a different area of Colorado.
Have a great time and stay safe.
ReplyDeleteRJ Adams ~ Many thanks, RJ. We haven't set out yet - this is fast becoming one of those ever moveable feasts! Discovered forgotten dental and routine doc appointments which will need changing, and some meds which will run out before our return - so as t'bard wrote: "Tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow, creeps in this petty pace from day to day....."
ReplyDeleteLOL - on top of which, I've been wrestling the new Blackberry KeyOne I acquired some time ago, then left in the box after an initial wander around. Was going to use it simply as an in-car computer on wi-fi, then found that On-star plus their Wi-fi would cost as much or more than a phone line - so went to AT&T last week and signed up for their cheapest plan with a bit of data. After which all manner of hiccups occurred, head explosion time! I think I've wrangled it, more or less, into submission at last. ;-)
Don't get caught in a Deliverance situation.
ReplyDeleteHope not - (whatever sort of situation that is) - it does not sound at all pleasant. :-)
