Enjoying the change of scene (not the traffic!) Got stuck in an horrendous thunder storm heavy heavy rain on Friday evening on way in, in a 6 lane interstate - YIKES! Well and truly lost we were - never been so glad to see a McDonald's a last - outside an Interstate exit!

Hope to go see the movie "Gravity" tomorrow in 3D and IMAX.

Setting off back Monday am. Will try to post a few lines at some point if internet connections allow.

:-)Twilighthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14138621610593773784noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16659850.post-31340990334169699482013-10-05T20:21:10.593-05:002013-10-05T20:21:10.593-05:00Here's a link for an interesting study of Sun-...Here's a link for an interesting study of Sun-Venus aspects, both natal and progressed:

http://astrologynewsservice.com/articles/unique-study-links-venus-to-romantic-choices-people-make/mike (again)noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16659850.post-75080187962218251792013-09-19T18:35:41.847-05:002013-09-19T18:35:41.847-05:00RJ Adams ~ Or should I call you Mr 138-Percenter?...RJ Adams ~ Or should I call you Mr 138-Percenter? But then, I'm one of the 45%, and as a non-citizen, the 39%. Being European includes me as one of the 26%. But,I don't live in Hawaii, Mississippi, South Dakota or West Virginia, which makes me one of the 0%.
Altogether that makes me 138%. It seldom fails to come up with accurate, sometimes quite spooky, assessments. Considering it's all based on birthday (day of month, no year involved)it can get really spooky!

The system is based on astrology, numerology and some other ancient method, of which I know nothing.

Old posts with mention of this book are at :

http://twilightstarsong.blogspot.com/2008/04/my-taureans.html

http://twilightstarsong.blogspot.com/2009/02/thorny-topic-of-relationships.html

http://twilightstarsong.blogspot.com/2008/09/presidential-players.html

This is one of the most fascinating sides of astrology, and of life in general. :-)Twilighthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14138621610593773784noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16659850.post-71980812055276867742013-09-19T09:36:08.886-05:002013-09-19T09:36:08.886-05:00I'm a firm believer in fated attractions...for...I'm a firm believer in fated attractions...for good or ill (or whatever). I have compared many charts of two individuals by synastry and I'm always amazed at the accuracy of determining the quality of the relationships...even frenemies. Synastry determines aspects between to charts and is very detailed. Some astrologers use composite comparisons (mid-points of the combined charts) or both composite and synastry. I prefer synastry over composite, but there are advantages of both.

It's been interesting to me to understand group dynamics, such as job or social interactions...they, too, seem fated or that lessons are there to be studied.

You had a recent post regarding the Moon's nodes. I've noticed that some of the more intense or strongly fated relationships in my life have involved aspects to the nodes (synastry). I even had the pleasure of meeting someone with their south node exactly conjunct my north node...an aspect that occurs when there is a 9.25 years of difference in age)...an instant rapport, but too intense for the other person! Maybe next life.

“There's nowhere you can be that isn't where you're meant to be...” John Lennon mikenoreply@blogger.com
